How much does a claw machine cost for a holiday party?

How far in advance should we book for December?
December weekends fill first. Book by mid October for your first-choice date. Custom branding needs 30 days notice, so branded machines for December need to be booked by early November.
Can we put our company logo on the machine?
Yes. Custom acrylic signage and full machine wraps available. Most holiday parties add a logo panel or a wrap in company colors.
What prizes go in the machine?
Plush by default. Branded plush, company swag, and gift cards are all options. Guests keep everything they win.
Does the machine work indoors at an office or restaurant?
Yes. It needs a standard outlet and about a 4 by 4 foot footprint. Office lobbies, hotel ballrooms, restaurant private rooms, breweries, event venues. We set up throughout the Bay Area.
How many guests can one claw machine handle?
Each machine handles about 30 to 40 plays an hour, so one machine covers a party of up to roughly 100 over a few hours. For bigger headcounts or a short program window, two machines keep the line moving, and multi-machine pricing brings the per-machine cost down.
Do you do Christmas parties, or only holiday parties?
Both, plus end of year celebrations, sales kickoffs, and January parties for teams that skip December. The machine is the same, and a full holiday wrap or a plain company wrap are both options.
Is there an attendant?
Optional. The machine runs on free play without one. An on-site attendant is available for the full run if you want restocks and the line handled.
