What your office or venue needs
We arrive before your guests, set up and calibrate the machine, and come back after for teardown. Here is what we need from the space.
Space
A full-size machine stands almost 7 feet tall and takes roughly a 3 by 3 foot footprint, plus room for a line. Think of it as one more cocktail table. The 4-player mini claw is a shorter cabinet for tighter rooms.
Power
One standard 120V outlet within 25 feet. No special circuit. Outdoors is fine under a tent or cover with power run to the spot.
Access
The machine weighs about 350 pounds, so we need a level path, a loading dock or curbside spot, and a freight or large passenger elevator for upper floors. No stairs. Send us the building's vendor rules and we handle the rest.
Paperwork
Certificate of insurance naming your venue or company on request, plus any vendor onboarding forms. Most venues ask for it, so tell us when you book.

Can you set up a claw machine inside our office?
Yes. A full-size machine stands almost 7 feet tall, weighs about 350 pounds, and needs roughly a 3 by 3 foot footprint plus room for a line, a standard 120V outlet within 25 feet, and ground-floor or freight elevator access. We do not carry machines up stairs. For tighter rooms, ask about the 4-player mini claw.
How many people can one claw machine handle at a company party?
Each machine runs 30 to 40 plays per hour, so one machine comfortably serves a party of 100 to 150 over a 6-hour rental. For larger headcounts, or if you want to avoid a line, book two or more. Multi-machine pricing brings the per-machine cost down.

Can we put our company logo on the claw machine?

Yes. We can issue a certificate of insurance naming your venue or company, and we handle vendor onboarding paperwork. Send us the venue's requirements when you book.
How far in advance should we book a corporate claw machine rental?
2 to 3 weeks for standard events, and earlier for December holiday parties, which fill up fast. For conferences, trade shows, and anything with custom branding, book at least 30 days out.
