The illuminated header piece crowning the machine. Custom-shaped with your logo, characters, or campaign art. 3D-cut acrylic with LED backlighting, visible from across any venue.

Share Your Vision
Tell us what you want the machine to feel like. Some clients hand us a full campaign kit, others send a logo and a color palette. Either works.
We send back a print-ready Illustrator template with an artboard for every zone you are customizing, sized exactly to the machine: marquee, backdrop, control panel, and wrap panels. Your design team can drop artwork straight into it. For simple treatments we can place your logo and colors for you, but full artwork comes from your side.
We Design & Build
Before anything is fabricated, we preflight your files for bleed, resolution, and color, then render a photorealistic 3D mockup of your machine with the artwork applied. You see how the marquee glows, how the wrap folds around the cabinet, and how the backdrop reads through the glass, all before production starts.
Once you approve the mockup, we fabricate each component: 3D-cut acrylic marquees with LED backlighting, metal-printed control panels, printed backdrops, and premium vinyl wraps.
Ready to Play
We deliver the fully branded machine to your venue, install every custom component, calibrate the claw, and stock the prizes. Your guests just see a machine built for your brand.
After the event, we handle teardown and pickup.

Can I rent a custom branded claw machine for a single event?
Yes. Most branded claw machine rentals are for one trade show, activation, or launch. We fabricate the branded zones for your event, deliver and set up the wrapped machine, and take it back when you are done. You keep the artwork files, so a repeat booking only pays for the rental.
How much does a branded claw machine activation cost?
A fully branded claw machine at a single-day brand activation or trade show typically runs $2,500 to $5,000 all-in, including the machine, custom components, delivery, setup, prizes, and pickup. Multi-day conferences run $5,000 to $7,500 and are the best value per day, since the branding costs the same whether the machine is up for one day or four.
How much lead time does custom branding need?
Backdrops and full vinyl wraps need at least 21 days. LED marquees and control panels need at least 30 days. The earlier you reach out, the more zones we can customize.
What files do you need for a branded claw machine?
Print-ready vector artwork (SVG or AI) placed in the Illustrator template we send you, with one artboard per zone. If you only have a logo and brand colors, we can place them for you and send a 3D mockup for approval before anything is fabricated.
Can we fill the claw machine with our own merch?
Yes. Branded plushies, socks, gift cards, product samples, and mini bottles have all gone in. Anything that fits in the claw works, and we show your team how to restock during the event.
