We deliver claw machines across San Francisco, from the Moscone Center and SoMa to Mission Bay, the Dogpatch, Pier 80, the Presidio, and the Marina. Our shop is in downtown San Mateo, about 20 miles down the 101, so San Francisco is one of the places we visit most often.
In 2026 alone we ran several branded machines on the Moscone expo floor across Dreamforce and Snowflake Summit, a Johnnie Walker machine at Portola Music Festival on Pier 80, and a Supabase machine at a Dogpatch hackathon. The same crew and machines handle a 30-person birthday in a Noe Valley backyard.

Delivering in San Francisco
Delivery to San Francisco is priced by mileage and sits at the low end of our $250 to $650 range. Setup, calibration, and pickup are included with every rental.
Offices and hotels
SoMa and Financial District buildings usually require a freight elevator booking and a certificate of insurance. Send us the building's vendor rules when you book and we handle the paperwork and the dock.
Moscone and convention floors
We have run machines at Moscone across multiple shows and know the move-in process. For booths we coordinate with your exhibit house on the power drop and floor plan so the machine is live before the hall opens.
Street parking
We arrive with a van and a dolly and need a curbside spot, driveway, or dock for a short window at drop-off and again at pickup. If your block is tight, tell us and we will plan around it.
Hills and access
A full-size machine weighs about 350 pounds, so we need a level path from the curb or dock to the spot, or an elevator. We do not carry machines up stairs. For tighter rooms, the 4-player mini claw is a shorter cabinet.
Outdoor events
Rooftops, backyards, and park permits all work with cover and a standard outlet within 25 feet. San Francisco fog and wind mean a tent or awning is a must for anything after dark.
Weddings and private parties
We set up during cocktail hour or before guests arrive and come back after the last dance. Venues from the Presidio to the Mission have hosted our machines.

Can you set up a claw machine in a San Francisco apartment or office without a freight elevator?
A full-size machine needs a level path or an elevator large enough for a 7-foot, 350-pound cabinet. We do not carry machines up stairs. If your building has a smaller elevator, the 4-player mini claw is a shorter cabinet that may fit. Send us the elevator dimensions and we will confirm.
How far in advance should I book a claw machine rental in San Francisco?
Two weeks for most dates. Weekends in summer and the December holiday season fill up earlier, and anything with custom branding needs at least 30 days. We confirm availability within 24 hours.
